Creating a new standard of best practice

COMMUNITIES

Our success will be defined as much by how we enrich our communities as our supply of the vital energy metals that will drive a clean energy future.

Eos is part of the communities where it operates. We are working hard to ensure we earn the support of our communities and we look for ways to give back.

Our desire to play a positive role in our communities can be seen in our commitment to ensuring that at least 6% of the total workforce at Eos, each year are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We are also committing to using 1% of our annual exploration and development budget to support social, recreational and environmental projects in our communities, where we believe we can have the greatest impact.

At Eos we understand our ability to operate as a sustainable and profitable business starts with our local communities, which is why we look to help local schools and colleges, sports clubs, community organisations and events.

ESG

Eos Resources is a socially conscious mineral resources company.

We exist to enable a sustainable, clean energy future and will earn the right to do so by demonstrating industry leading Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) credentials.

Eos is working with the Australian Government to map the pathway to achieving Carbon Neutral certification under the Climate Active Program in 2022. We are also working with additional third-parties and independent experts to establish the verification procedures and the quantifiable metrics that we will be held accountable to in respect of:

Land care and rehabilitation

Native title obligations

Engagement with landowners

Our community investment target

Our 6% indigenous employment targets

Full details of our progress against our ESG commitments will be provided in our Annual Report.

BEST PRACTICE

Eos operations are in Australia and our preparations to become a listed company ensure we meet high standards of Corporate Governance.

In addition we are committed to ensuring our operations are ethical, auditable and have a fully transparent supply chain. We hold ourselves to account through an independent third party assessment of our operations against a comprehensive set of best-practice standards. The details of this assessment can be found in our Annual Report.
